How to charge
From the cable to the receipt, in six steps. It's the same way at all units.
Park and plug in the cable
The spot is marked and exclusive for electric cars. The connector is CCS2, the same at all three units.
Scan the charger's QR code
The QR code is on the charger itself. Scan it with your phone: it opens the charging app, which you download right there to start the session.
Check the price on screen
The energy price appears on the charger's screen before you start. Read it before you continue.
Pay by credit card or wallet balance
Payment is by credit card or by wallet balance, which you top up via Pix. The session's amount is calculated from the energy delivered, in kWh, plus the connection fee.
Charging begins
Follow the energy delivered, the time and the session's cost on the charger's screen.
Unplug and free the spot
When you finish, unplug the cable and leave the spot free for the next car. The digital receipt arrives by SMS or email.

Frequently asked questions
Is my car compatible?
If it has a CCS2 (Combo 2) connector, yes: it's the fast-charging standard of most electric cars sold in Brazil, such as BYD, GWM, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi. Pinhais also has a 22 kW AC charger with a Type 2 connector. If in doubt, check the car manual.
How long does charging take?
It depends on the car's battery and how much it accepts. As a reference, on a 60 kW DC charger a car with a 60 kWh battery goes from 20% to 80% in about 40 minutes; on the 80 kW ones, a bit less, if the car accepts that power. Near 80%, fast charging slows down to protect the battery.
How does payment work?
The session is started on the charger itself, via the QR code. You pay for the energy delivered, in kWh, plus a connection fee per session, with credit card or wallet balance via Pix. The amounts appear on screen before you start, and the receipt arrives by SMS or email.
Does it work overnight and on holidays?
Yes: Pinhais and Boqueirão are open 24 hours, every day, with no attendant on site. Araquari: Mon to Sat, 7h to 22h; Sun and holidays, 7h to 21h.
What do I do if the charger is busy?
The DC chargers at all units have two CCS2 connectors. Pinhais also has a 22 kW AC charger, which opens up another spot. Boqueirão: with two cars on the same charger, the power is split between them. If all are in use, the wait is that of a charge in progress.
