1Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Use apply to the Elektro Charge website and to the charge points we operate. By browsing the site or using a charger, you agree to the conditions below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the charge points.

2Use of the site

The site provides information about Elektro Charge, the charge points and the services. Use the site lawfully, without harming its operation, without trying to access systems without authorization and without reproducing the brand, texts or images without permission. The information may be updated at any time.

The Use my location button is optional and depends on you allowing it in the browser. The distance and route are calculated on your device and serve only as guidance: check the route and the opening hours on the location's page before leaving. The handling of location is covered in the Privacy Policy.

3Use of the charge points

The chargers at our points are for public use. By using one of them, you agree to:

• follow the instructions on the charger's screen and the signage at the location;
• use only a vehicle compatible with the CCS2 connector, the standard at our points;
• handle the cable and equipment with care, without damaging them;
• free up the space as soon as charging is finished;
• respect other people and the traffic and safety rules of the location.

The availability of the chargers and the opening hours of each location may change due to maintenance, operational reasons or third parties. Check the location's page before going.

4Payment

Charging is started on the charger itself. You pay for the energy consumed, measured in kWh, plus a connection fee per session. The amounts appear on the charger's screen before you start, for you to check. Payment is made on site, by credit card or wallet balance via PIX, with no attendant.

Registration and payment go through the payment and charging platform that operates the chargers. The amounts are not fixed: they may vary between locations and over time. What appears on the charger before you start always prevails.

5Responsibility of the user

You are responsible for the correct use of the charger and for damage caused by misuse, carelessness or failure to follow the instructions. Check that your vehicle is compatible and keep an eye on the charging session.

6Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep the chargers and the site running, but we do not guarantee operation without interruption or without faults. To the extent permitted by law, Elektro Charge is not liable for temporary unavailability, power outages, communication failures, indirect damages or loss of profit, nor for third-party services such as payment methods and data connection. Nothing in these terms removes the rights granted by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

7Brand and content

The Elektro Charge brand, the logo, the texts, the images and the other elements of the site are protected and may not be used without prior written authorization.

8Privacy

The processing of personal data on the site and at the charge points is covered in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. To ask us to delete your data, see Data deletion.

9Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version that applies is always the one published here, with the date at the top. Using the site or the charge points after a change means you agree to the new version.

10Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district (comarca) of Pinhais, in Paraná, are chosen to resolve disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's right to choose the courts of their own domicile.
