- With whom
- With the services that keep the site and our dashboard running, with the payment and charging platform that operates the chargers and, if you accept, with the measurement tools.

- Trade name

2What data we process
Contact form
Name, company (optional), WhatsApp number and the subject you choose: charging for your fleet, a location you have, consulting or another subject. The data goes to the company's internal dashboard, and the team receives a notice in the dashboard's internal channel to reply on the WhatsApp number you provided. The IP address of the sender is used only at the moment of sending, to limit excessive attempts, and is not stored with the contact.
Support by WhatsApp and email
What you write to us: name, number or email address and the content of the conversation.
Site measurement, only with your consent
If you accept the measurement cookies, Google Analytics, PostHog and, on some pages, Microsoft Clarity record pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, where the visit came from and identifiers stored in cookies. Clarity also records how the page is used: scrolling, clicks and cursor movement. If you decline, or while you have not chosen, none of these tools is loaded.
Location, only when you ask
Some pages have the Use my location button, to show the nearest location. When you tap it, the browser asks for your permission. The position is used only at that moment, on your own device, to sort the locations and build the route link. It is not sent to us or stored, and the site works without it.
Suggestions
On the suggestions page, what you write (title, description, category and, if you wish, your name) is public on the page itself. To prevent repeated voting, the browser stores a random identifier, which goes with each vote.
Charging at our points
Registration, the start of charging and payment happen on the payment and charging platform that operates the chargers, which processes this data according to its own policy. To operate the points, provide support and check payments, our operation accesses the data of the charging sessions at our points: location, date and time, energy, amount, payment method and the identification of whoever charged on the platform, with name and contact when provided. We do not receive the full data of your card.
3What we use it for and for how long
Each use has a legal basis in the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018) and a retention period. Once the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymized.

4Who we share it with
- Services that keep the site and the dashboard running. Site hosting and the database of our internal dashboard, where the form contacts and the suggestions are kept.
- The payment and charging platform that operates the chargers. To register and charge for the charging sessions.
- Measurement tools, only with your consent. Google (Google Analytics), PostHog and Microsoft (Clarity).
- Services you open yourself. When you tap WhatsApp, the conversation continues on WhatsApp, by Meta. The location pages show a Google Maps map, loaded from Google itself when you reach that part of the page, and the route link opens Google Maps. Each has its own policy.
- Authorities. When required by law or when there is a valid order.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising pixels on the site.
Google, Microsoft, PostHog and some hosting providers may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. This transfer takes place under the circumstances permitted by the LGPD (art. 33).
5Cookies and measurement
Cookies and browser storage keep small pieces of information on your device. We use two types:
- Necessary. They store your choice and make parts of the site work. They are always on.
- Measurement. They count visits and clicks and show how the pages are used. They stay off until you accept.
How to change your choice
Tap Cookie preferences, here or in the footer of any page, and choose Accept or Decline. If you decline after having accepted, we delete this site's measurement cookies and reload the page. You can also delete cookies in your browser's settings.
Measurement only turns on if you accept.

6Your rights and how to request them
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can request, at any time and free of charge:
- confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, incorrect or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed outside the law;
- portability of the data to another provider, within the limits of the law;
- deletion of data processed with your consent;
- information about whom we share your data with;
- information about what happens if you do not give consent, and the revocation of it;
- objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.
To make a request, write to contato@elektrocharge.com.br stating what you want and the contact you used with us. We may ask for a simple identity confirmation, just so as not to hand over or delete someone else's data. We respond within the LGPD's deadlines. To delete data, see also the Data deletion page.
If you feel you have not been attended to, you can also complain to the National Data Protection Authority (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, ANPD).
7Security
The entire site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the dashboard where the contacts are kept only opens with the team's login. No system is completely immune to failures. If an incident occurs that could bring relevant risk or harm to you, we notify you and the ANPD, as the law requires.
8Changes to this policy
This policy may change when the law, the site or the operation change. The version that applies is always the one published here, with the date at the top.
