How to ask Elektro Charge to delete the personal data it holds about you. It is free, at any time.

In three steps
Send the request
Send an email with the subject Data deletion, or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your name and the contact you used with us: WhatsApp, email or Instagram handle.
We confirm it's you
We may ask for a simple confirmation, just so as not to delete someone else's data.
We delete and notify you
We complete it within 30 days after confirmation and notify you. If the law requires keeping any data, it stays only for the legal period, and we tell you which.
1What can be deleted
- Contact through the site form. Name, company, WhatsApp and subject.
- Support conversations. What you sent us by WhatsApp or email.
- Suggestions. The suggestion is removed from the suggestions page.
- Charging data with our operation. What the points' operation keeps about your charging sessions.
- Site measurement. If you accepted the measurement cookies, decline in Cookie preferences: this site's measurement cookies leave your browser immediately.
The registration and payment data for charging stays on the payment and charging platform that operates the chargers, which has its own policy. We delete what is with us and, if your request includes that data, we tell you how to ask the platform.
2Integration with Facebook and Instagram
Elektro Charge uses an integration with Facebook and Instagram only to publish the brand's own content (posts and carousels) and track the metrics of its own publications. This integration does not collect personal data of other people, does not read followers' private messages and does not store information from other profiles.
If you spoke with us on these networks and want us to delete something, use the same request above and provide the profile handle.
3Timeframe
After confirming that the request is yours, we complete the deletion within up to 30 days. When the law requires keeping any data for longer, it is kept only for that purpose, and we inform you. Once the obligation ends, the data is deleted or anonymized.
4Other rights
In addition to deletion, the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018) guarantees access, correction, portability and other rights. They are in the Privacy Policy.
